Terms and Conditions

Issue of an order to ADD Design & Management means acceptance of these conditions, unless the conditions are changed by written agreement between both parties.

A 30% deposit is required on acceptance of an order (payable within 30 days) and the balance is payable within 30 days of final invoice, which will be issued after delivery of all goods into our freight store in Sydney.

Goods held for more than two weeks in store at the client's request will attract storage charges.

Interest on overdue payments will accrue at a rate equal to the maximum Commonwealth Bank overdraft rate.

In the event of cancellation of an order by the client prior to the commencement of manufacturer, a minimum of 10% of the order will be payable , plus any additional cancellation costs incurred by ADD Design & Management.

In the event of cancellation of an order by the client after the manufacture has commenced, the client is liable for payment of 90% of the price of those goods.

All goods remain the property of ADD Design & Management until final payment has been received.
